Partial Planning
Already have your venue booked and some ideas nailed down? Our partial planning service is tailored to empower clients with expert assistance in brainstorming design concepts and creating timelines. As you handle execution and communication with vendors, our team will take a backseat. We will step back in a month before event day to ensure everything goes off without a hitch on your special day. We're committed to supporting you at every turn, making your event experience smooth and enjoyable. With partial planning, we will be available to you on an as-needed basis should anything arise throughout the planning process.
Event Coordination
Our wedding and event coordination service is designed for clients who need expert assistance to ensure their special day runs seamlessly. We will be on-site the day of and the month leading up to the event to oversee every detail, making sure everything is set up according to your precise specifications. Please note that this option focuses solely on execution, without design or idea consultation; however, we are happy to assist in providing guidance and direction for those final touches!
Personalized Art
At Three Swans we have an in-house artist who is ready to help design and execute a beautiful series of themed art pieces for your event. Maggie, one of our vey own baby Swans, can create custom watercolor, pen and ink, or logo designs to reflect the unique characteristics of your event location, theme or occasion.
